KCL or Uni of Manchester?

Hi! I am in a bit of a pickle between picking universities!

I currently have an unconditional offer to study Manchester for sociology which is a course that I am really really interested in!! BUT a part of me want to decline this place to study at KCL and apply through clearing because studying in London has always been a dream of mine. The course that I might apply to at KCL is Digital media and culture which is not my favourite course in the world.

So should I pick Manchester and study my dream course even though I might hate living in Manchester OR should I pick KCL and study at my dream city even though I might hate the course?

p.s. I've also heard negative things about Manchester's accommodations and student admin which makes me grow wary of picking Manchester.
