Two faced in the work place
While my team mates called (A) , (B) and (C) worked from home. I used to sit and work with a completely different team in the office...working with them was part of my role.
Only reason why I sat with them was so I could work with different people and so I could feel independent.
Whenever (A), (B) and (C) do come in the office, I would then sit with them because we're in the same team.
My only concern is that I don't want people to think I'm being two faced, because one minute I'm sitting with a different team and the next I'm back sitting with my team mates.
I get on really well with that other team, they're friendly folks and so are my team mates.
There has been no bad blood on either side
