Is sex overrated

Is sex overrated, I seem to only last about 8 minutes
8 whole minutes?! Look at the mister Olympia over here suffering from success.
If I ever get to 1 minute I'll let you know.
Sex isn't overrated, but it is more difficult than people think it is. It's very easy for many people, regardless of whether they are single or have been in a relationship for many years, to get complacent when it comes to sex. Even if you're having sex regularly, you can and should regularly be learning about your partner's pleasure as well as your own pleasure. What works, what doesn't. Again, most people think that as a process that means trying something new, but it really doesn't. It's much more nuanced than that and principally involves communication. It's not easy, but it makes a big difference. In your case, for example, you've lasted 8 minutes. Did your partner have an orgasm in that time? Assuming you're male and were having sex with a woman, they probably didn't. Did you enjoy it? Do you want to last longer than you did? Assuming you're relatively inexperienced, there are most certainly ways for you to last longer, probably enjoy it more, and give your partner a much better chance of an orgasm. It's just something you need to communicate about and work at.
Underrated.

As for only lasting 8 minutes, when it comes to the bedroom, nice guys finish last. Pace yourself.

It is generally much easier for men to orgasm than women, which results in women having far fewer orgasms than men. It's called the orgasm gap if you want to read about it. But the lesson is that you should always want the woman you're having sex with to actually have an orgasm, which usually means spending more time on foreplay/things other than penetrative sex and/or lasting longer than 8 minutes. Whilst it's by no means necessary every time, for now the best way to achieve that is to make sure the woman you're having sex with has an orgasm, and then focus on yourself afterwards.
As a Woman, I finish in 2 minutes so beat that HAHAHA

I would rather not lol
Sex is overrated because we have a lot of porn with, examples that men need to last for a whole hour, but in reality it's a movie and men there take pause because they also want to finish after 10 minutes as well. If you want to last longer just also take a pause or try to have more rounds, it's what I do.

I get it now, so we don't have to keep going at it non stop for 15 minutes? Is a break after every say 5 minutes how it should be and could lead to longer sex?

The reverse "orgasm gap" is that a lot of women can have many orgasms during a session, while men are generally limited to 1-2.

Indeed, my mrs says regularly that she feels sorry for men (and indeed me!) i this regard.

It's general regarded that women's orgasms are 'better' than men's orgasms anyway. Not that anyone has ever had both, of course. But multiple orgasms don't come close to offsetting the orgasm gap. About 15% of women have multiple orgasms, whereas in any individual sex session about 50% of women reach orgasm compared to over 90% of men.

From observation and questioning, female orgasms seem to be "whole body" compared to the more "local" ones experienced by males.

No idea about actual percentages, but 4 of my last 6 partners have capable of multiple orgasms. I think the record was 18, give or take.

They certainly seem better to me.
